Microcomputers are mainly used in homes, school and business. Tower type microcomputers are mostly used in many Schools. It consists of :

Minicomputer - IBM AS/400
Minicomputer is a small computers, which are not microcomputers, are usually
called minicomputers. It now replaces the mainframe computer which is
very expensive.
Mainframe Computer is used in large companies for data processing and complex mathematical calculations.
